School Transition Assessments

Both assessment options are designed to help you better understand your child's strengths and identify any areas where they may benefit from extra support as they get ready for school.

The Screening Assessment uses informal, play-based activities and observations to explore your child's skills, while the Comprehensive Assessment also includes a standardised assessment to provide more detailed information about how their skills compare with other children of a similar age.

Both options include a written report and practical recommendations, with the comprehensive option providing additional information that can be shared with schools and other professionals to help guide future support.
